Product: HP Pavilion 11-n010dx x360 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP pavilion x360, replaced with new battery & upgraded to 36gb RAM. WINDOWS 10 home 64-bit..... complete OS reinstall. Battery is not charging.... Battery drivers Uninstalled, restarted, and ran update. Still no change. Battery will not charge. PLEASE HELP!!!!

You'll need to run the diagnostics on the battery and charger following the steps here- https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/diagnostics?category=computing&issue=battery-adapter-issues 

 

Does the laptop run off the AC adapter?
