Hi,
I have bought HP Pavillion G6 2320TX (1TB HDD,1GB Graphics card,4GB RAM,i5 3rg Gen) four year ago. Laptop performance was slow down so I have upgrade RAM to 8GB by installing another 4GB RAM.
Manual - http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03593126
I did multiple format to install fresh OS to improve laptop performance but no luck and finally I have installed Windows 10 64 bit.
Currently, I am facing Heating issue and High Disk usage (100%) and its frustrating.
Does cooling pad help over this issue ?
My friend suggested me to upgrade HDD to SSD to improve performance and solve heating issue.
Which SSD should I buy for this laptop specification ?
Please suggest.
Thanks

@The_Fossette,
I was suppose to buy SSD, Now I wont buy. Thanks for that.
I did clean CPU fan and heat sink.
Now, I would like to update Bios and Graphics driver , I have installed Windows 10.
I look at below link, Windows 10 drivers are not available for my PC.
Can you please suggest the best ?
Thanks

Hi! @himensuthar,
Thanks for writing back to us.
Try updating the drivers on the PC using the HP support assistant.
Refer this article to know more information about using the HP support assistant. Click Here
Yes, you need to replace the heatsink and apply thermal paste to solve overheating issues with the PC.
Also, upgrading or replacing a non-customer replaceable part would void the warranty on the PC.
Hope this answers your query!
