I recently bought an HP pen 1MR94AA and it says on the package and on the HP site that it is compatible with my laptop HP pavilion x360 convertible. I tried to use it as instructed but wasn't working. They instructed to open HP pen tool to customize set up of the pen but when I opened it it says the HP pen control is not compatible with the computer. I tried to restart my laptop, uninstalled and re-install the Pen control and now it won't even open. My laptop doesn't seem to recognize my pen when I try to use it on any app that's suppose to support pen function. Can anybody please help me how to set up my pen so my purchase won't go to waste.

I reviewed your post and I understand that HP pen is not working correctly on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, refer to the below article and check if your computer is listed in the affected models and update the touchscreen firmware.
