Product: Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi my external mouse stopped working on my hp. Probook laptop. External keyboard and USB external drives works. 

 

I tried a different mouse still not worked. Tried a Bluetooth one which didn't work either. Done a system restore to previous known working time still not worked. No errors showing in device manager. USB key board works fine.

When I put in different USB slot days device found and installs drivers then says working properly but nothing happens

 

I even spent whole day backing all my data and doing factory reset.

Even after a fresh rebuild still any external mouse not being recognised. Keyboard works fine. Mouse property shoes mouse working.

 

I'm stuck now any help would be appreciated
