I got a new Pavilion x360 for christmas since I was going to college within the next few weeks, and even the original start up had many red flags like freezing up or "driver power failure", but I stupidly ignored them because I was too giddy to finally have a new laptop after 6 years.
- Within 3 weeks of having it, having tried everything I could and was recommended to fix this problem, it just one day it just stopped working, refusing to turn on and was completely unresponsive! So I contacted HP and they made me pay 16 bucks to ship them my computer, and was sequentially forced to attend college through my slow, half broken, 6 year old laptop for about a week and a half.
I was so happy to get it back (despite the turnaround time being longer than promised-). But guess what? IT WASN'T FIXED. 3 days later the same thing happened, and we were on the phone again with HP.
This time my mother had a STERN conversation about the negligence of sending back something they were supposed to fix, and demanded that they replace the faulty computer that would crash at least every few hours. Only thing we got was another box to send BACK my laptop to get it "fixed".
I'm so beyond stressed right now and I've literally broke down crying over this laptop and the trouble it's caused me- I just can't afford to not have a working computer when some of my classes are online.
HP is RESPONSIBLE for covering manufacture problems, and since they proven they can't fix it, they NEED to replace it, because I can't afford to have it sent back and still be broken while attending college.

We understand your situation -- but you need to understand that we are just a peer-to-peer support forum of volunteers and we can do nothing about this situation. We have no influence on HP and have no authority to intervene in any way with HP decisions regarding equipment repair or replacement.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Is there any form of contact I can get that WONT lead to someone outsourced outside the United States, or let alone even an email address to contact regarding this??? I know people have managed to contact people who can truly do something, but to do that I don't want to be arguing with someone overseas for 3 hour straight about getting me in contact with someone who actually has the power to do SOMETHING!
