OMEN MAX 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-ah0000 IDS Base Model

In late May of this year I Shipped my HP Omen laptop to HP for repair, case "Please do not include the serial number or any sensitive information"
• HP determined the damage was accidental and therefore outside of standard warranty coverage
• It took approximately one month simply to process my payment for the out-of-warranty repair, due to an issue on HP’s end with your payment system
• Since payment was processed, I have called multiple times for updates
• Each time, I have been told the delay is due to a parts shortage, and the estimated delivery date has been pushed back repeatedly without a firm resolution date
It has now been over three months since I sent in my laptop, and I have not received it, a firm delivery date, or a satisfactory explanation beyond “parts shortage.”
I requested fhe following
1. The specific part number that is causing the delay, in writing
2. A firm, guaranteed delivery date, or
3. If the part cannot be sourced within some days, a full refund of my repair payment and return of my laptop in its current state, or a replacement unit
I have already paid for this repair and have been more than patient. This length of delay for a paid repair is unreasonable, and I would like this case handled by your executive escalations team rather than routed back to standard phone support, since I have already made multiple calls without resolution.
