If you are getting that error and the PC still boots, that is a sure sign the hard drive is failing.  The hard drive needs to be replaced NOW.  Stop using the PC.  It might be possible to save the data from this failing drive but do not expect that it will be successful.  When the new drive is installed, reinstall  Windows and get it set up the way you want it.  Then connect the failing hard drive to the working PC with the new hard drive with an external adapter similar to this.

That style will power the drive from its own power supply rather than trying to power it thru the USB port.  If the old drive can give up any data that you wish to save to the new hard drive, this is the means to do that.

Thanks for the Help!
Could you help me to replace the hard drive? How can I get one, as my laptop is out of warranty?
And how do I re-install original windows onto the new hard drive?
I have to buy a new copy of windows?

Thank you so much helping!

The spec page for that PC indicates it has a500GB hard drive, but a 1TB drive will work nicely

Here is the service manual

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03593041

Page 45 is the start of instructions on how to replace the drive.  It uses a 2.5" SATA drive and 1TB drives are common and inexpensive.  It can even use a SSD made to directly replace that style Drive.

Here is where you can get Windows 10

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and then follow the directions.
