Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've verified that I have the correct replacement keyboard by numbers and identical appearance. My problem is I have an extra gasket/insulator that I've found in no videos for keyboard replacement and I've forgotten where it goes and didn't take a picture of it in the laptop as a reminder. I couldn't figure out how to attach a picture. I was working on more than 1 laptop at that time, could I have mistaken this gasket for another laptop? The gasket measures 10-1/4" long by 1-7/8" wide, has (2) 1-3/4" circular cutouts and the adhesive marking appear to line up with the area near the display edge of the case near the two fans, but doesn't appear to line up with the fans for cooling airflow-- it partially covers them up. I don't want to leave it out, but I also don't see what it is insulating against touching.

If needed, I'll attach a picture if I'm told how.

Thanks,

Williamdor
