Mine is 3 years old, and a charging chip on motherboard is burnt. This is the second time that I am calling HP, and what they is, we will give you a discount and fix it on $450. This is a common thing, and HP should find a way to fix the issue. It looks like I need to call them everyday. I am simply disappointed. If anybody can help me to get their attention and fix my laptop, I will appreciate that.

@KND21, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
