HP Recommended

I have just received my HP spectre 700 mouse. Testing is out and the wheel is off centre, orientated on the diagonal, and it doesn't scroll freely. It moves more feely at some points and then at other points is stiff to move. I think it has been damaged in transit, and should be sending it back, or is this an issue with these mice. Thank you!

Hi, before you return it try this first.

 

You may need to go into the mouse app in the control panel and activate the advanced features of the scroll wheel.
