HP spectre x360 13t ae011dx doesn't turn on. Power button LED is blinking.

The warranty was out about a month earlier. Its retailer suggested to but new motherboard when I took there back to repair. How much is it's cost? How to get the motherboard?

And the board, whole laptop is all good physically, no burns or anything, indetectable as they said. How can I get it repaired at HP trusted places? It's really expensive laptop, I bought it with much love for long term. So I don't wanna buy new laptop cause I will still buy this same again. Hope I can get it repaired.🙏

HP Part number is in bold. A new motherboard is not going to be cheap and you will have to find someone to do the installation.

You might find the laptop used for less than motherboard replacement would cost and you can clone over your old drive and be using essentially the same laptop. Your laptop even with a bad motherboard is worth something for parts, too.

The technician says the IC that supplies power to the CPU has to be replaced, but he says can't find it. There's no scrap motherboards similar to this laptop to replace this IC. How can I get that IC?

HP never sold motherboard components. So I doubt the integrated circuit itself can be found in the market. As you suggest, a parts motherboard may have a part you can harvest but you would need to search perhaps eBay under the part number of the motherboard and look for one offered for "parts". Good luck.
