I thought I was the only one with this problem but after reading multiple of complaints I just started to get even more dissapointed in HP! My laptop is only about 3 years old (just ran out of warranty) and then this thing happened when I was about to charge it but it won't let me so the battery died and ever since it was not able to be switched on again! What is this? I called HP service but they did nothing better than to tell me how they do not offer repair service for this product anymore and asked me to buy a new HP laptop being even more rude here. I will definitely not buy a new laptop when I saved a long time for this one with poor quality unfortunately. Since this is a manfucaturer fault undoubtedly I kindly ask you to check up on my issue and tell me what I can do to get this fixed as I urgently need my laptop back for work.
