HP Spectre x360 model 13-4009na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi my my spectre x360 has shut down completely, wont take charge, wont turn on, no. lights while charge cable is connected no power.

i have checked the power lead and its putting out 19.5 volts when tested with mutimeter so is no lt the charger as i use it for a seperate hp laptop also and it powers and charges it fine.

i have ran though all troubleshooting tests i can including

1-removing battery & connecting power cable.

2- holding down power to fully discharge any staic before reconnecting power cable.

3- also tested the connection where the battery connects to the circuit board/motherboard and this is the problem there ls no power comming out of the board going into the battery.

this happened for no reason atall and going by previous threads this a fault on the motherboard on HP end and not  anything to do with the use of the laptop.

can you help he with proceedures in returning to be replaced. please and thanks
