Product: Spectre x360

Hello,

 

I've done some extensive research on your HP Spectre x360 laptop and I've noticed that on your website where you display the specifications and some of the ports that it shows it incorrectly. If I am not mistaken, the laptop charges through the usb-c and not in a dedicated and separated port. However, on your website it shows that it isn't what I thought was an aux port but rather a charging power port.

 

Please can you fix this or confirm that it is a mistake from my end or yours.

Spectre x360 is a product category and has been around for a while. So you may be looking at specs for a completely different laptop. Use the model number or product number to look up product details not just "Spectre x360".

why would the main page for the spectre release only display or feature the older models?

These are not older models but not every laptop uses USB-C power and some that do also have a port for a traditional barrel type adapter. What is is that concerns you?
