Did you clone the original drive to your new one?
How did you install windows on the new drive?
Did you use cloud recovery?
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.

The problem is not buying new SSD and do recovery. The issue is firmware update pushed by HP has Zapped my SSD, and not available to the laptop BIOS, BIOS is not able to detect it. Laptop is bootable with recovery but there is no internal media available to reflash. I can buy new one and replace. But I would like to see if any Samsung SSD firmware available that can be flash on SSD
Samsung has this functionality available for retail SSD. for OEM part they want to contact HP. and they have not listed MZ-VLB1T0B this version of SSD on Samsung website. I was looking for help to update SSD firmware so i can revive the SSD which is not working due to faulty firmware.

Are you referring to firmware updates to the SSD such as any of the following?
It is still not clear to me what caused the problem in the first place. Did you upgrade the firmware on the Samsung M .2 drive and that caused it not to boot?
If you press F2 and the UEFI diagnostics say there is no disk drive then your drive is defective and needs to be replaced.
There is information here about what to do if the operating system cannot be found.
