i purchased the HP v220w USB Flash Drive 64 GB from flipkart a couple of months back. Now It is not showing as Mass Storage Device in both my windows and Linux systems, In Windows Device manager it shows as NAND USB2DISK USB Device. Is there any way to solve the problem? If not where should i claim the Warranty ?

Hi@Johntvm,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP v220w USB Flash Drive 64 GB.
The reasons for the error can be a driver problem, a damaged USB device, or improper settings. Try the same device on any other PC and check if it works. If the issue persists then It could be a hardware issue.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
