HP warranty Not applicable

I purchased a HP Pavilion Laptop in Currys store in UK. When I went into HP website for support , it says it is not covered under HP warranty but Currys if this has been purchased in Currys.

I want this to be covered by HP warranty. MY question now is If I buy a Hp care pack, Will the laptop warranty be covered by HP?

I understand that You have purchased the laptop from Currys store in the UK. Now it is not showing warranty.

After purchasing the laptop have you register the product in HP.

If you are still unable to register the product.

Please contact our phone support.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
