HP G series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my laptop in 2016. Had 1yr manufacturing warranty with it. Bought a 2yr extended warranty in 2017, which was over by 2019. Bought another 2yr warranty in 2019 to extend the expiry date to 2021. So last month, my laptop had some issue, so I contacted HP for service and they said that my device was out of service. After finding the details, I got to know that the HP authorised dealer who sold me the last “2yr extended warranty” only updated 1 year on the HP site instead of 2years, while taking the money for both. On contacting them they said that HP only accepted 1 year and canceled the second year giving no information why, and did not even return the money. Even after complaining this to Hp, nothing has happened as of now. Please do look into this matter.
