HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use a HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 with two USB-C ports tgat can be used for both charging and data transfer.

I tried charging it with both slots and it didn't work but worked with a HP Elitebook x360 1032 G2 and some other devices that support USB-C for charging.

I tried changing the section of the power cable that plugs to the wall and trying different outlets but it still didn't work.

Please what can i do.

Its specs

It has  (2) USB 3.1 Type-C with Thunderbolt. You should be able to charge your machine using 1 port (any) using a compatible charger with wattage rating 65W or more.

Regards.
