Product: HP Envy x360 Convertible PC Prod # x7u84ua#aba
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My convertible tablet/PC will  no longer take a charge and now the battery has discharged to the point where it will not powerup the PC.  I tested the charger and it appears to be providing power at the intended 19.5 v.  I also tried using two other chargers but none will power-up the computer or charge the battery so I am fairly certain the the charger/adaper is not the source of the problem.  HELP???!!!
