Product: HP 17 p-121
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP 17-p121wm laptop and I need to add memory to it. This laptop has the whole plastic bottom case no doors to open to get to the things inside. After taking all the screws out I can not get the plastic to unsnap under the CD drive. I do not know what is holding it on but it will not budge.
Any help would be great.

Below is the link to the service manual.
See chapter 6 starting on page 30 for how to remove the base enclosure.

There are screws underneath the rubber feet, and the DVD drive must also be removed.
