How is it possible for |HP to sell this piece of junk? With all the reports I see of power/battery/ motherboard problems, it is not exactly as if HP are not aware of problems.

My machine has had the 'usual' neccessity of the ON switch re-setting procedure but today, with no warning, the battery was being used and going down normally but when I plugged the charger in at about 8% bateery charge remaining it charged for about 10 seconds then continued to sicharge with power plugged in and Orange LED showing. Now completely dead. No way of getting the last weeks worth of work/business recovered. It's going to cost me a fortune. Rest assured HP, I'll be looking to you to get some compensation for lost revenue.
