Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will an upgrade be possible? I have a HP Compaq Elite 8300 Microtower and have bought a tpm2.0 card to fit into the motherboard. The comb serial port has only 15 connectors but the insert has 19 connecors.  I looks it can fit in visually.

 

Will the motherboard short curcuit if I attempt to install the TPM 2.0?

 

I am not going to install windows 11, but Windows 10 Pro asking for TPM 2.0 when all I have is TPM 1.2.
