Z5000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a Z5000 bluetooth mouse. I plugged it in and the computer installed it. The buttons work and the scroll wheel but the cursor does not move. There is no light coming out of the sensor on the bottom but not sure if that is supposed to happen or not.

 

I've reseated the battery, restarted the machine, uninstalled and reinstalled the bluetooth adapter but still the same issue.

 

Any ideas?

I've also tried this mouse on a Macbook Pro and it works fine so it's not the mouse itself.
