My notebook is 2 years old and I noticed that the notebook's primary battery (only available internal battery) had swollen up a lot and I had to remove the old battery with technical assistance to avoid any accidents, but now I am unable to order a new replacement battery for my notebook as it is not shown in the online part surfer site of HP, and the nearest HP center is far away from my place. Due to lockdown restrictions, I won't be able to make it to the center and I need to replace the battery soon for my work.
So, I would like to know if I can order a genuine HP replacement battery for my notebook model via online.
I figured out that my notebook's battery model is: HT03XL, 3 Cell, Lithium-Ion, 41Wh
Hoping for a quick reply.
In advance, thank you for your support.

Hi @NKrishnaRaj,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
