My Hp 930 Creator mouse has a weird issue. The hyperscroll is not working at all.

 

I have tried all resetting the device changing the mouse settings of sensitivity and all the given options available.

Also changed the registry but no help.

 

Initially the hyperscroll could be enabled and disabled by the physical button behind the scroll but that doesn't show any effect.

It doesn't hyperscroll at all need some help please.
