Hall Senson Malfunction

Hello everyone!
I have an issue with my 1 year old (Victus Gaming Laptop 16-s0023nt)
While playing a heavy game like Battlefield 6 or Wuthering Waves,my laptops screen flickers and keyboard becomes inactive/unusable until screen comes back. Power button light is off while i can see clearly that my laptop is still on.(Fans are still working)

It sometimes happen while surfing on internet.
I am using my laptop Thermal Control set to MAX. And i updated my BIOS(Some people claimed BIOS update lowers the frequency of the occuring. 

The only modification i did on my laptop was switching my SSD. I havent damaged and components on motherboard which makes my device still covered under warranty. 

But from what i have seen on Internet and forums,HP Services doesnt have any permanent solutions to this issue,and it reoccurs after fix(Unplugging the sensor is not a fix). Its a known thing. 

Is it possible to replace this faulty device with new unfaulty one?

Thank you for your response.

I have already contacted with local HP service this morning. They wanted me to run UEFI test and send the resoults to them. They said they will call me back regarding the issue at 3-5pm. Now its 7pm and they havent contacted me yet,i think they will call me tomorrow.

And i have few updates on my device.
At 10.08.2025 morning (7-8 am) i shut down my device. When i wanted to turn it on it didnt responded to power on button. I tried to turn it on multiple times that day,but it didnt worked. 
When i woke up this morning,i wanted to try my luck one more time and pushed the button,and it worked???
And since this morning i havent had any other problems with this issue. I tried playing Battlefield 6(the game i recorded the screen flacuations) but screen didnt flacuate. I am still using my laptop and somehow it works right now.

I havent done anything that can fix the issue.

My adapter cable was plugged off all the night.
