Product: HP 255 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This is the 2nd laptop I've had of this type my school sent me since October. Is anyone else having issues with it not booting up. Only showing a black screen saying to run diagnostics on hard disk 1? Its aggravating bc I'm late on my homework assignments once again!!! Also it's slow as all get out! Has had all available updates.

if a test is requested, there may be a hardware problem
