Product: Pvilion dm4-3055dx Entertainment PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a hard disk error warning and when i followed the instructions and did a Hard Disk Run error. The test ran with  below error:

 

Testing Drive : 1

Hard Disk SMART Check : FAILED 

Failure ID : M083W4-65CA3K-QFPK0J-60DC03

Product ID : A6X71UA#ABA

 

HardDisk 1

Hard Disk Test : FAILED

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

For Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

Thanks for the quick Reply. Do you know how much the replacemnt gets charged for ? Also currently i am able to still use the same hard drive and OS. How long do you think this can run for ?
