Hello Everyone! This is my first question in the forum, hope I will get answer to my query!. My problem is in the hard disk, it says hard disk error. The failure id is: 6374QF-7109PN-MFPWWK-60BJ03. I don't know what does that mean. I have tried formatting my laptop several times but every time this error pops up. I have no idea how to solve this issue. Hope some one here knows how to solve this error. Thanks in advance. 🙂

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranty ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.

Since your machine previously ran Windows 10, you can do a clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below.

The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.
During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.
You can also mount downloaded ISO file as DVD drive and run Setup from there.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page. Normally few Windows 10 updates can install nearly all drivers for you.
