Hi,
What you need is a 2.5" SSD such as the 2.5" Samsung 860 Evo or similar. (of your desired capacity)
Example:
You do not need to worry about OEM licence as it is in the firmware of the PC, so once you have reinstalled Windows 10, it will automatically activate once connected to the internet.
On page 81 of service manual, you can see how to replace the drive

You can perform a clean install by downloading media creation tool from Microsoft, running and creating a bootable Pen Drive with the OS on it. Then use the pendrive to install the OS
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You could instead also use the software provided by the manufacturer of the SSD to clone the drive you have in the notebook at the moment (Example: Samsung Data Migration software)
hope it helps,
David
