hey

I own the hp Notebook Laptop  i have some serious Hard disk related issues when i do component test on my laptop 

they showing some hard disk failure id  that causes windows  freezing issues and  restart itself so 

pls give me solution for this problem.

Hi:

 

That failure notice means you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to reinstall the operating system.
