I instaled HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows and got Hard Disk failure ID RU06MD-7J698B-XD7V6K-60X513.
Is my Hard Disk dead?

Unfortunately, yes it is.
You'll need to replace the hard drive.
You can enter the code in the box at the link below to see the results of that code...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
99.9% of the time you get one of those hard drive failure codes, you have to replace the hard drive.
