Hi, I've done quick test on hard disk, but it is failed.
Below the results:
Error ID: M09K3S 1PQ836 MFKSXF 60T203
Product ID: A1L15AV
500GB
In your opinion, is it necessary to change the Hard Disk? Are there other solution?
Thanks

Hi @87Federr!
I'm sorry to say that, but your drive has failed and you'll have to replace it with another one, which is the meaning of this 24 character error code.
Do you still have access to the data stored on the drive? If you do, then backup as much information as possible and look for a replacement drive. If the product is still in warranty you can contact the support, but in case you're out of warranty and would like a guide on replacing the hard drive yourself - please let me know.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
Please, Kudo me and choose as Answer if this post helped you! 🙂

No, it is very simple. In the link below you can look how to replace hard drive in Hp Elitebook. Hp Elitebook 8570p is similar to the one of the video.
