Hi
I'm getting error while running the hard drive test with failure id:
QC3W20-89BA50-MFPX7F-60RB13
My notebook is running well but is quite slow nowadays.
What are some possible solutions? Will formatting work a bit or only replacement will suffice?
Kindly provide help with the above mentioned failure id.

Sorry, but that code means your drive is failing and needs to be replaced.
Once you have the replacement drive, read this material about restoring your PC to working condition:
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
