I ran the Diagnostic test on my hard drive and got the Failure ID: 6EFWXQ-000BP1-LKS8QJ-61T013. However, when I input that in the HP site nothing comes back. Anyone have an idea what the problem is?

How do you expect help when you don't want to share your HP laptop product name and product number?
HP laptop is way too generic.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
