Someone plz help.  After rebooting my laptop, I had to push F2 to get into System Diagnostics after it told me to. Then I continued to do a test on the Hard Drive… the Smart Check Passed. But the Long DST Failed.  It gave me Failure ID: Q08DWF-0A90CJA-XD7U3F-618W03.  What does this mean?  I hope my hard drive is not lost!!

It means that it is failing. Try to save your important data to an external storage device as soon as possible.

 

You will need to replace the SSD with a new one. They are pretty inexpensive at less that $100.00.
