The hard drive in my son's HP Omen 16 died with the dreaded 301 error. This happened just 3 weeks out of warranty! I'm extremely upset with HP. My son even used some of his own money to buy it. I need to replace the HD myself, I guess. Any suggestions? It has a 512GB drive in it now, but can I upgrade it to 1GB? Videos online make this look pretty easy. How do I get the image/OS reinstalled? Thank you all in advance!
