So my Hard Drive is completely out, had it checked and serviced twice now to confirm the issue. Just need to find a link for a replacement hard drive to get my laptop back in working order. Thanks for the help

You can use one of all standard HDD's for laptops, why you need a link to buy HDD ? After replacing HDD you can use the following link link to recover Windows and drivers

What is the model/product of your machine ACTUALLY ?

Do you have computer shops in your city ? Come and ask them to buy a 2.5" HDD for laptops.. You may have to book a flight ticket to go to the following shops

Hi,
If you are going to replace the Hard Drive you could replace with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD which would give a great boost to performance
Example:
If you provide the exact model number we can give you a guide on how to replace the drive.
Hope it helps,
David
