Hi HP Community!
I am facing problems in using my Notebook Laptop. I want to mention recent changes made by me. I updated Windows 10 to the latest version (2004) in the month of August 2020. I updated BIOS to the latest version (F.36 Rev.A) in September 2020. Everything was going normal. One day I was attending my online class in Late September, my laptop got hanged and the screen went blue. Windows 10 displayed a message that your PC ran into a problem, windows is trying to restart the computer. It started normally, but it stuck on loading screen. I removed the battery and pressed the power button for 15 seconds and started again after inserting the battery. It happened again. Windows was stuck at loading screen. I performed Windows Recovery, erased all the data and re-installed the operating system. But this time, it was stuck at "Getting Ready" screen. I forcefully restarted the laptop by pressing "Ctrl+Alt+Delete". I found a message saying that "Boot Device Not Found". I performed memory test, it passed. But when I performed Hard Drive Test, it failed. I restarted the laptop, it displayed a message - "Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard drive. Hard Disk (3F0). F2 System Diagnostics."
I am not able to use my laptop. Please help me. I have no operating system installed in the laptop, no data in the hard drive. Please help me.

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For (original) Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:
