Hello, there is a chance that my hard drive is dying, being the cause of most of the issues I'm having with my notebook. I would like to know which HDD models are similar to my laptop hard drive.

Thanks for reading.

Hello and thanks for responding, I know that SSDs are better, however I'm on a budget and would rather find a similar Hard drive replacement to my Laptop than upgrading to a more expensive device or buying a cheap but really short of space SSD.

I found on a close local store a Toshiba  MQ04ABF100 1 TB Hard drive; the only difference compared to my current  that I know is that is 5400rpm, will fit in my notebook?

Thanks for reading.

Edit: Hard drive is compatible though it doesn't completely fit on the metal holder inside the notebook.
