Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am having problems with my DESKTOP PC. When I turn on the unit, disk error 4 (3f4) appears. I only have 2 hhd disks, one for storage and the other for the operating system. I carried out the analysis of all the components twice, including the quick and exhaustive analysis of the hard drive of the operating system and the results were approved, however the error continues to appear on occasion and I don't know which disk 4 is? since I only have 2. I ask the community to be patient with me because English is not my native language and I am getting help from a translator
