Hello, when I turn on notebook text on the monitor says "Hard disk error".

But diagnostic didn't discover any defect.

I Have two disk, SSD (operation system) and classic (in error).  I bought notebook one year ago.

What can I do? I need data in disks so I don't wont reboot system (losing my data).

I understand that you are getting a hard disk error.

 

 

Please perform the hard drive extensive test and check.

 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to the Component test.  

5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.  

 

Hp will not support personal data backup. You have to contact local stores to take the backup.

 

If the hard drive is failed, you have to replace the hard drive.

 

If the test is passed, you have to perform the recovery.

Performing the recovery you will lose the personal data and installed application.
