Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to upgrade the hard drive in my 15-bs234wm laptop to a 500 gb or 1 tb SSD Drive. Does anyone know what drives are compatible with this laptop? Is the HP EX950 1 tb M.2 2280 PCIe 3.1 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND no. 5M523AA#ABC drive compatible?

Hi:

 

If your notebook has a M.2 slot, it only supports SATA SSD's, not NVMe.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.

 

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types...
