Hi! I am getting this warning when I run the diagnostic tests as my laptop will not turn on.
This probrlm only started after I replaced the batetry myself - I noticed the laptop no longer liked to be moved (it would freeze if I moved it and I had to force restart to get it working again - and not move it!) I then left it in one place for months (attahed to a monitor) and it has worked fine since then.
Last night I moved it in anticipation of travelling soon and needing to use it elsewhere and it just totally froze and turning on just gets me a black screen with the HP logo in the middle. When I got it to the test area place and ran all the tests the general test said it was a hard drive issue so I ran the long hard drive check and these were the results:
Testing Drive: 1
[warning icon] Hard Drive/ SSD Long DST Check: WARNING
But then below it says component test: PASSED
Is the SSD fried or did I just knock a connection somewhere whilst changing the battery myself (I also changed the ram earlier this year but it worked fine after that). ? And is there any way I can fix it?
Thankyou in advance for helping!
