Hello.

     I wanted to upgrade my labtop hard drive and the rams but I don't if my labtop has one or two ram slot and what's the

     Maximum ram can you install . Also dose this model has the M.2 SATA or NVMe slot available on the main board? if does can I      used NVMe drive on  M.2 SATA slot?

    I'm sorry about asking so many questions ,I just wanted to make sure  befor I disassemble the labtop.

1. RAM: It has 2 slots of RAM, it has  8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now you can upgrade to 16GB Add same existing RAM to slot 2 or you can use the following compatible RAM

2. STORAGE: Your machine has Intel Core processor therefore you can add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine
