Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys so I cannot boot into windows 10 was able to do it before just fine and have a few times...shortly after booting into windows I walked away came back a few hrs later to my computer being off. I went to start up and it wouldn't load the os. So I ran diagnostic test and this is what returned what does this mean? How can I fix it or test my harddrive to see if I need a new one or what my issue is.
