Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System test is reporting that the hard drive is failing with code 9SPT8C-8SBA5C-MFPUQK-60S403 and was wondering if someone had a cheat sheet on steps to be taken to do a complete a swop of this drive? Many thanks in advance

You're very welcome.

 

After you replace the drive, using another windows PC you should be able to create a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
