Hi,

I just opened my new HP Pavilion laptop today and i see its hard drive is making little too loud noise every now and then.

can you please help on this.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Do you get any hard drive error message on your PC?
 
As you mentioned hard drive on your laptop is making loud noises.

 

Try updating the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

Also, try running a system diagnostics test on your PC and check if the hard drive on your PC is functioning correctly.

If the hard drive test fails, please contact HP support and get the service options to get the hard drive replaced.
