Hi
How do I resolve the following issue code: QE1WW4-90L9RE-XD7UQK-61CK13
When I have completed a check disk scan via the system it says there is nothing wrong with the hard drive, however when I have run the hp diagnostic the above error appears.
My laptop won't come on unless I do a hard reset.
Please help.

Try again the check. If continued appear the error code (24 characters), you needed replace the Hard Drive by warranty or purchase other for your notebook.

If your notebook have warranty (12 months of purchase date in Invoice), check this, with … https://support.hp.com/gb-en/checkwarranty
